前后束緊機(jī)構(gòu)后退時(shí)，可控制其后退距離，更換鞋子大小簡(jiǎn)易。Adjustable backward stroke of the front and back pressing pad to easily change between shoe sizes.

兩支壓桿可做偏擺動(dòng)作·以利鞋楦之取放；免除舊式固定式壓桿，操作不便之問題。The two pressing rods can move sideways to allow for wasy loading of shoes.

兩邊各有 8-22 個(gè)橡膠發(fā)泡體壓塊每個(gè)壓塊均由獨(dú)立之油壓缸推動(dòng)可隨大小不同之 鞋型做密實(shí)之墻邊壓著。Totally 8~22 of side prssing pads, each pad is activated by independent cylinder to achieve perfect contact with different shapes of shoe sides.

每個(gè)側(cè)壓壓塊皆裝置擋銷供選擇用與不用，使鞋邊之黏著達(dá)到最佳之效果。Each side pressing pad is equipped with stop pin to be used or not used for best pressing result.

鞋頭束緊壓塊有多種型式供選用，對(duì)各鞋種及尺碼都能達(dá)到良好壓著效果。Various shapes of toe pad are available for different types and sizes of shoes.

適用鞋子尺寸 ( 含壓底模 ):長(zhǎng) 130～400mm / 寬 150mm 以下 / 高 200mm 以下 / 鞋邊高 65～80mm。Workable shoe sizes (including pad): Length 130~140mm / width below 150mm / height below 200mm / side wall height 65~80mm.

采用全油壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，適用于龍船底、墻式包底運(yùn)動(dòng)鞋及休閑鞋的外底壓著，壓底、壓邊及壓前后可一次完成或個(gè)別完成。Fully Hydrulic system, suitable for sports and casual shoes with flat or walled soles, pressing on the bottom and side for complete sole attachment.

兩支壓桿高低調(diào)整采用油壓自動(dòng)平衡結(jié)構(gòu)，對(duì)于鞋楦之高低變化，長(zhǎng)統(tǒng)或半長(zhǎng)統(tǒng)鞋均免調(diào)整，并確保兩支壓桿之壓力平均，使鞋底之壓著力量更均勻。Auto-balancing system adopted for the two pressing rods, no need to adjust rod length for different shoe heights.
